Chilled water preparation systems, is an essential utility requirement. REPUTE has established so many systems with conventional method of ice bank tank and atmospheric condensers as part of their projects. At REPUTE technologies are always upgraded and updated to the value for money service to their esteem customers. REPUTE established optimum efficient, energy conservative & less space required ready to use Refrigeration Modules. It can generate chilled water of above 2°C and brine solution having minus [ below 0°C] temperature for milk, ice cream, carbonated soft drinks etc.

This new system consists of semi welded heat exchangers as evaporator & condenser. The refrigerant will be passed through laser welded heat exchanger plates & the cooling medium [water or brine] will be passed through the plates sealed with gaskets. This will enable to clean the cooling surface at an equal interval to assure the proper functioning of the system. Good quality process water will increase the efficiency of the system & enhance the life of the equipment.

REPUTE is associated with M/s.Thermowave GmbH, a leading European heat exchanger manufacturer. The heat exchangers are made by REPUTE at their plant in Pune, India with the thermal design and the plates/cassettes provided by M/S Thermowave GmbH.

REPUTE has commissioned a number of installations in India successfully. REPUTE also caters to the needs of OEM’s with individual semi welded heat exchangers.
