Non Alcoholic Beverage consumption in India is more than 10% of the world’s total consumption rate, which make India the third largest country after United States and Republic of China. Given its size and population, the demand will definitely increase in the coming days. This shows the Indian Beverage Industry has a greatest potential for more processing plants and as such the demand for process plants and machinery.

REPUTE established as a reliable source for the non alcoholic beverages process industry since 2002, by introducing its first ready to serve beverages processing plant, where the product was filled in PET bottles. A first plant of its kind in India, till then it was either in glass bottle or in aseptic cartons. The juice in PET bottle has made the juices and drinks affordable to the consumers and economical to the processing industry.

Sugar Syrup Preparation
Clear sugar syrup is an essential ingredient to enhance the quality of end product. The sugar will be dissolved by heating the pre decided quantity of water and adding sugar in to it. By heating the same up to the set temperature and hold it for some time then transferred to fine filters online and cool to the required temperature either ambient or chilled, as required for the process.

Concentrate Dilution / Pulp de-canning
The concentrate/ fruit pulp/ or the juice concentrate, are available in different packs like Drums, Cans and aseptic Bags etc. Care is needed, while emptying it from the packing to avoid any contamination. REPUTE offers a tank, to prepare liquid ingredient with water, and a stainless steel pumps to transfer the same to the blending tanks for preparation of bottle syrup /RTS beverages.


Blending
To prepare the raw beverages, blending is an important function; the proper blended beverages can only maintain the quality of the end product. Generally sugar syrup and required quantity of water, with the respective ingredients are blended for a pre- set time. The blending of the product needs to be done carefully to avoid air dissolving with the product while blending. Hence the stirrer needs to be designed accordingly. Some products may not be agitated with stirrers and such cases jet mixing is adopted. REPUTE offer auto and, manual blending solutions as required by the product.


Beverage Preparation



Homogenizer
Homogenization is a process which makes the blended beverages having uniform quality. It is not process part of the beverage processing but, product specific process where fibrous juices/pulps like Mango, Guava are ingredients. REPUTE offer wide range of homogenizers with product specific homogenizing devices, to meet the process requirements.

Storage Tank
Storage Tank is to keep the blended and homogenized beverages. This intermediate storage becomes essential to have a constant feed to the process/pasteurization plant. The design and construction of these tanks are as important as other equipment in the process line. REPUTE offers all capacities of storage tanks for the beverage industry.

Generally, beverage processing / pasteurization plants process parameters are more or less same. Heating the product up to the required pasteurization temperature so that it can be filled in glass bottles in hot condition or in case the filling is required in PET bottles of normal grade, the product needs to cooled and filled, with proper holding.


However, the type of processing plant varies based on the products, clear juice like, apple, grape, lemon etc., can be processed with plate heat exchangers and viscous products like mango, guava, etc., needs to be processed with corrugated tubular heat exchangers.

SSo, in order to process all types of beverages in one plant we recommend corrugated tubular heat exchangers based pasteurization plant. However, REPUTE manufacture both the heat exchangers and are proud to have a list of satisfied customers with both systems.

REPUTE 's, process plant are designed with automatic controls for critical parameters like, maintaining and controlling heating and cooling temperatures of the product.

REPUTE also offer plants with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), with touch screen option, where in all operations and process parameters are operated, monitored and controlled automatically

REPUTE offer indirect heating system for the process plants where the heating of the product will be done with hot water.


Aseptic Sterilizer
This is a process required for products which are to be filled in aseptic bags/cartons, where the system will be sterilized and production will be started. Sterilization system assures the processed product will not have direct or indirect contact with the atmosphere. The system will be pressurized to ensure that the aseptic sterility is maintained. REPUTE offers plate and tubular heat exchangers for aseptic sterilizers, with automatic controls along with inbuilt CIP and back wash system.


Pasteurisation Plant



CIP System
Cleaning is very important to maintain the sanitary standards, especially in food and beverage industries. Cleaning the equipments, pipe lines, etc., have standard procedures and sequence to be followed. To avoid manual cleaning of equipment and dismantling of pipelines for cleaning that leads into time consuming and can delay in production, so the concept of Cleaning In Place or CIP is introduced.

The advantage of CIP is the pre- determined sequences and cycles to the equipment and or pipe lines with a set parameters like strength of solutions and temperature etc., are generally called CIP systems. Number of tanks and flow rates are decided based on the nature of the process and size of the equipment respectively.

REPUTE offer, two, three and four tank CIP systems with automatic, semi automatic and manual operation, having one two or three circuits, as per the requirement.
